Who is SoftProject?
For more than 20 years, we, SoftProject GmbH from Ettlingen, have been developing innovative products and services around the modeling and automation of business processes in all industries. With our low-code platform X4 BPMS, users digitize their processes with graphical tools and without programming.
We are proud that more than 300 companies around the world rely on X4 BPMS. Our team of over 120 employees works every day to continue the SoftProject success story — not only in Germany, but also at locations in Spain, Switzerland, and Slovakia.

Get to know us in an interview
Together with the respective department, we review your application documents. If we are convinced that your qualifications match our requirements, we will invite you to a first, usually personal, meeting on site.
Second job interview
After an internal coordination round, a second interview may be held in the near future.

If all parties involved are sure that a professional cooperation is a good thing, we will be happy to submit a contract offer to you. If you have any questions about the offer, you can, of course, contact us by phone at any time.
Welcome to the team
Even if you have to wait a few days or weeks until your first day of work at SoftProject, you are already a part of the team. We work agile and use various agile methods such as Scrum and Kanban. We thus increase efficiency in our software development projects. That is why we train our teams in agile methods and enable regular certification as Scrum Master and Product Owner.
