Role Description
As a Team Lead for our Marketing division (f/m/d), we offer you a dynamic and innovative working environment in which you can fully develop your skills to drive SoftProject to new heights.
- Strategy Development: you will develop the company’s marketing plan to strengthen our market presence in the area of digitalization and low-code platforms to increase brand awareness, drive lead generation, and ultimately boost sales.
- Campaign Management: you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels, in cooperation with Marketing Managers within the team.
- Website relaunch: in order to enhance lead generation, you plan and organize the relaunch of a new company website incl. industry solutions. Your hands-on experience on website frameworks allows you to administrate after the launch.
- Budget Management: you will manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
- Team Leadership: you will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and encouragement to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
- Collaboration: you will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and design to ensure marketing efforts are integrated and aligned with overall business goals.
- Performance Tracking: you will monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns based on customers and market to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Brand Management: you will uphold brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing initiatives and communications.
Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with:
- You have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or an equivalent qualification.
- You also have several years of proven professional experience in online/B2B marketing, developing and implementing marketing strategies, ideally in the IT or internet industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to track and measure marketing performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
