Role Description
We are looking for a Digital Expert to join our Digital Service Inhouse (DSI) team as a Senior Microsoft System & Cloud Administrator (m/f/d). The team's mission is to further advance and develop the digital transformation using various Microsoft products. This includes the classic day-to-day business (IT support and help desk), as well as the administration and operation of our Microsoft infrastructure. The team is also involved in various projects to improve internal processes and workflows. The team clearly sees itself as a team, which means that we support each other in the various tasks and projects and do not act as lone fighters. The team currently consists of two full-time employees, one retrained and is now to be strengthened with a further person.
- You are responsible for the operation and administration of our internal IT services and ensure trouble-free operation
- You will support the project and our goal "from on-premise to the cloud" and contribute your knowledge and experience.
- Security topics are part of your daily business
- You coordinate communication and the use of external service providers and support the elimination of faults (3rd level).
- In addition to daily business, you will be involved in projects to optimize (departmental) internal processes / workflows through new cloud services.
- You will continuously improve and develop our services in this regard.
- You will take responsibility for (sub-)services and monitor and document the corresponding cloud configurations.
- You will build up and lead a team of various cloud administrators

Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with:
- You have completed a degree in computer science or alternatively an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) and have several years of professional experience in comparable positions.
- You have in-depth expertise in the areas of Microsoft Server (On Premises / Cloud), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Defender and Intune.
- Ideally, you have knowledge of other Microsoft products such as the infrastructure solutions from Azure Cloud Services.
- You are characterised by personal responsibility, initiative, team spirit and service orientation.
- You are motivated, structured and not afraid to tackle and improve things.
- Written and spoken English round off your profile. Basic knowledge of German would be desirable.
