Role Description

The following tasks characterize your position:

In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding, offboarding, as well as engagement and HR communication, providing support to our employees in their journey in the company, from their first day until their last day in the company.

  • Design and lead human resources strategy with respect to employee lifecycle (recruitment, employee engagement, career and retention), company culture and employer branding.
  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy by managing the full recruitment lifecycle to find the best talent globally.
  • Develop or implement, communicate and support company policies and processes.
  • Support administrative and payroll activities by managing contracts and certificates, benefits and policy issues.
  • Be the first point of contact for all things related to personell matters by giving employees accurate and timely answers.
  • Be an active part in the processes of continuous improvement, proposing improvement and innovations methods across the department and the company (producing fresh and imaginative ideas and solutions).

Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with:

  • Bachelor's/diploma/graduate degree in human resources, business, psychology or related field.
  • Extensive (at least 5 years) experience within HR operations, broad knowledge of legislation, compliance, payroll process, HR systems and procedures.
  • Affinity for the IT industry and experience in professional recruitment of IT profiles.
  • Very good English skills
  • Strong social skills, positivity and energy to be a real team player.
  • Good organizational, time management skills and solution-oriented work style (efficiently, accurately and setting priorities).
