Full Stack Developer (f/m/d)

Role Description
As an experienced Full Stack Developer your focus is on the conception, development, and implementation of web components to the X4 BPMS, the innovative digitalization LOW-CODE platform of SoftProject.
In coordination with product management, you develop solutions for new requirements of our core product X4 BPMS.
After a comprehensive training period, you advise the product management and our project teams on technological solutions and the range of services.
You work together with a self-organized team in an agile software development process with Scrum.
You develop and evolve the Product Framework that allows the creation of web portals, incorporating cutting-edge technologies in our Low-Code platform.
- You implement and integrate components and functionalities of the framework with Angular (Frontend) and Java (Backend).
- You design and develop the complex features assigned to achieve the Milestone goals (Sprints).
- You serve as mentor or coach to new or junior developers.
- You work closely with QA to define test plans and test cases for the product.
Qualifications
We are looking for professionals with:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar.
- 3–5 years’ experience on the job.
- Angular, Vue or React knowledge where Angular is the preferred.
- Experience building large-scale modern web applications (Modularization, APIs, Rest).
- HTML 5 / CSS 3 / JavaScript (ES6) / TypeScript / Node.js.
- Experience in Java Backend Development.
- Fluent English level
- A good Feeling for UX and UI.
- Worked in an agile environment.
- Coaching/Mentoring capabilities.
- Software Engineering knowledge (design patterns, principles, etc.).
- Knowledge in TDD (unit testing, integration testing, system testing).
- DevOps basic knowledge (e.g. Maven Knowledge).
- Git and Jira Knowledge.
General Skills
- Main programming languages and tools: Angular15 or higher, Java8 or higher, Node.js, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- In this role, you will be able to obtain the global vision of the product and the integration of all its components.
- You will work in an international, self-organized Team in an Agile development process according to Scrum.
