The group of companies is an energy supplier of electricity, gas and heat as well as a technical service provider and service partner. Enloc supports companies from the energy sector and the housing industry in their digital transformation with smart products. The digital pioneers from Dresden use SoftProject’s low-code digitization platform X4 Suite as a basis. This is also the case with paperless vacancy management, the solution with which the Enloc Group convinced the jury in the category “Digital Transformation of Medium-Sized Companies” and for which it received an award.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image media=”7570″ media_lightbox=”yes” media_width_percent=”100″ shape=”img-round” radius=”lg” shadow=”yes” shadow_weight=”std”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row row_height_percent=”0″ overlay_alpha=”50″ gutter_size=”3″ column_width_percent=”100″ shift_y=”0″ z_index=”0″ row_name=”dockerhub”][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]The Enloc Group manages around 500,000 residential and commercial units across Germany. In doing so, it consistently relies on digitized, accelerated business processes and simplifies communication between tenants, administration, service providers and utilities. All processes are digitized with the EN.Tab mobile solution and run electronically, paperlessly and without media discontinuity: registering a vacancy, recording energy consumption — for example, reading meter readings — as well as checking and issuing invoices. In addition, all tasks relating to a change of tenant are handled completely digitally. This includes the approval of the apartment with the recording of the apartment’s condition and the handover including an electronic protocol as well as automatic archiving of all documents.[/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h3″]Automated Processes as Drivers in Smart Building Management[/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]In the Enloc Group’s intelligent vacancy management, the X4 Suite digitization platform serves as a data hub that distributes all data in a targeted manner to the utility customers’ residential ERP systems. These include billing, EDM, GIS or even ERP and CRM systems. Errors due to manual activities, media disruptions as well as redundant data are avoided and processes are accelerated. One example of an automated process is the digital billing service. This ensures that all invoices no longer have to be entered into the systems by hand, but that even the smallest invoices, such as those for a change of tenant, are processed and paid efficiently.

“We congratulate our customer Enloc on the Digital Champions Award and are proud that the digital pioneer uses our X4 Suite digitalization platform in its award-winning solutions,” says Markus Scheurer, Head of SoftProject Academy at SoftProject GmbH.[/vc_column_text][vc_custom_heading text_size=”h3″]

Award for successful digital transformation

[/vc_custom_heading][vc_column_text]The Digital Champions Award is a joint project of WirtschaftsWoche and Telekom and Germany’s largest cross-industry award on the topic of digitization. It is under the patronage of the German Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy, Peter Altmaier, and was presented for the fifth time. With the help of a scientific advisory board, represented by the University of St. Gallen and the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne, the jury chooses the winners each year. The decisive factor is if a company has succeeded in optimizing its products and processes through digitization, generating added value for its customers through digital applications, or transforming its business model.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row row_height_percent=”0″ override_padding=”yes” h_padding=”2″ top_padding=”3″ bottom_padding=”3″ back_color=”color-gyho” overlay_alpha=”50″ gutter_size=”3″ column_width_percent=”100″ shift_y=”0″ z_index=”0″][vc_column column_width_use_pixel=”yes” position_horizontal=”left” gutter_size=”3″ overlay_alpha=”50″ shift_x=”0″ shift_y=”0″ shift_y_down=”0″ z_index=”0″ medium_width=”0″ mobile_width=”0″ width=”2/3″ column_width_pixel=”700″][vc_custom_heading]You want to stay informed?[/vc_custom_heading][vc_empty_space empty_h=”1″]
