OVB operates in 16 European countries and processes large volumes of sensitive customer, contract, and billing data on a daily basis. In order to meet increasing demands for speed, accuracy, and transparency, the Integration CRM and commission systems needed to be improved and the exchange of large, heterogeneous data volumes made more efficient. With X4 BPMS, OVB is creating a central data and process platform that digitizes complex customer and billing processes. Standardized X4 adapters are used to efficiently transform, synchronize, and integrate large amounts of data from various systems, such as CRM the myOVB commission system. The migration of large amounts of data takes place in three intelligent steps via a memory-optimized, scalable architecture that is operated in the company's own data center in the server cluster.
