Project Manager / Consultant (f/m/d) – Digitization

As an experienced Project Manager / Consultant — Digitization (f/m/d), you will lead companies through the digital transformation with our low-code platform X4 BPMS. We offer you a long-term perspective with the option to develop into a leadership role.
Your profile
We are looking for experts:
- You have a degree in computer science or a business degree with a focus on IT.
- You have several years of solid experience in coordinating and managing projects in the field of software development.
- You have experience with agile methods such as Scrum and DevOps.
- You are familiar with various approaches to project management (e.g., waterfall, agile etc.) and enjoy working directly with customers.
- You use your communication skills at the interface between our customers and experts from development and consulting.
- Your organizational skills stand you in good stead in your varied day-to-day work. Ideally, you have a GPM, SAFe, ITIL or Prince2 certificate.
Your tasks
The following tasks characterize your position:
- Advising, driving forward, leading to the optimal result — these are the central tasks when you accompany our digitization projects.
- You are the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for internal and external project coordination, as well as time and resource planning for the development team.
- In the project planning phases, you analyze the individual requirements of our customers using common methods, for example, to create user stories.
- During the project realization, you ensure a smooth implementation of our software in close cooperation with our customers and your project team, always with a view to the relevant budgets and reporting.
