Zurich relies on SoftProject GmbH’s expertise and cloud-based X4 BiPRO Server to implement industry standards for digital networking. The implemented BiPRO services ensure smooth and paperless electronic data exchange with sales partners, accelerated communication and automated handling of sales processes.

With SoftProject’s solution, Zurich was able to provide BiPRO-compliant services in a very short time, making collaboration with its sales partners even more secure and efficient. The implemented services (BiPRO standards 410, 480 and 422) include the connection of a Security Token Service (STS) for simple authentication, the implementation of standardized and automated processes around rating, offers and applications as well as optimized search and list services, which, for example, simplify a search in extensive occupational lists.

Minimal implementation, maintenance and operating costs

With the cloud-based X4 BiPRO Server, its industry adapters and the ready-made BiPRO services as Software as a Service (SaaS) from SoftProject GmbH’s ISO-certified data center, Zurich can quickly connect additional systems at any time and implement further standards as required. In addition, a uniform, central interface simplifies the electronic connection of the various systems of Zurich and its sales partners. Support for the sales partners, updates and the implementation of new BiPRO releases are handled by SoftProject GmbH. This relieves the burden on the company’s own IT department.
